Only females can have babies. So thats out, and they are not seaponies. Okay.
Female fluffy ponies who are preggers are too round to walk, they must be rolled around to move, they will try to walk with all their might though. Fluffy ponies usually have around one to five babies, and it depends on her surroundings during early pregnancy. For instance,
If a fluffy pony mates with another in very fertile land with much to eat and drink, four or five babies will form most of the time, very very rarely ever being less. The bad thing about that is, if they move to a worse land, or the fertile land's food and water dry out and die, there will still be the same amount of foals. The good thing is, if they move to a fertile land from a gross desertish area, there will be one or two foals and they won't have to worry about overpopulation. Pregnant females are a huge hinderance to the herd, as she is quite heavy, and it takes work to move her around at a steady speed. Usually though, they do it anyways since she is important. Sometimes though, the Smarty Friend is bad and mkes the herd leave her, alone, not being able to fend for herself. These herds usually die out of underpopulation, since they aren't without predators and aging.
When a female gives birth, the mate helps the foals get up so they can drink from the mother while she is still so terribly chubby and round. The mate also stays and specially defends his wife, through natural instinct and because those are his wife and his children and seriously do I have to explain this. If the smarty friend is the mate, he guards the herd harder (He should, anyways.).
Other members of the herd take part too. They help move the pregnant female, and guard the foals and mother. They usually take special care of the mother, since she makes more foals, more foals is more members, and more members if bigger herd, bigger herd is stronger, stronger means more defense, more defense means less chance of being injured or killed by a human or carnivore or machine.
