Some fluffy ponies have the ability to talk, this is because their creators (idiotic scientists), let them have the full possible brain capacity of a 13 year old kid, though its rare for them to reach this, and at rare cases the smarty friend seems even more intelligent then that. They speak using babyspeak, heres a couple examples.
'Human, our herd is hungry!'
"Hyoomun, herd ish hungwee!"
'I am the Smarty Friend.'
"I ish smartwy fwiend!"
'The babies are hungry!'
"Bwaby fwuffies ish hungwee!"
Of course, if you don't know what the heck their saying, you can ask and hopefully they are willing to tell you what they said, in common english. They better.
